Laminates are calibrated in Thickness with our sanding machines . The tolerances during calibration are in the range of +/-0.01mm. which is requirements of high-pressure Laminates HPL and continuous Pressure Laminate CPL are the same.
With CPL, however, there is the additional requirement that the sanding machine must run absolutely synchronously with the upstream laminate press, as these are non – flexible endless work pieces. Pressure Roll UP DOWN by ball screw with gearbox system Servo drive with PLC operated. Display on a panel with HMI Auto setting system servo drive with PLC and cylinder setting.
